I'm Azan.
I run Amazon accounts.
Most of what I do is unglamorous: search-term reports, catalogue errors, fee reconciliations, listing copy that answers the question a shopper actually has. It's also where most of the money is.
I work with brands on Seller Central and Vendor Central — usually ones that have hit a ceiling and can't work out why. Sometimes the answer is advertising. More often it's something structural nobody has looked at in two years.
I'm not an agency and I'm not trying to become one. You get one person who knows your account, and a written report every month that says what actually happened.

site.portraitFour things I won't
compromise on.
Look before advising
I won't tell you what's wrong with your account until I've been inside it. Strategy without data is just a confident guess in a nicer font.
Margin over revenue
Revenue is easy to grow if you don't care what it costs. I work to contribution margin, because that's the number that pays you.
Say the unwelcome thing
If the product isn't viable, or the category is a wall, I'll tell you. I'd rather lose the engagement than bill for optimising something the market has rejected.
Stay small on purpose
I keep the client count low so every account gets real attention. It caps how much I can take on, and that's the trade I've chosen.
How I ended up
doing this.
TODO — how you started on Amazon
TODO — a couple of sentences. The origin story matters more than people expect: it's what makes you a person rather than a service list.
TODO — the step up
TODO — first agency role, first big client, first category you specialised in.
TODO — where you are now
TODO — what you focus on today and the kind of brand you do your best work with.
What I work in
Tools don't produce results, judgement does — but these are what I use daily.
Where I've worked
Category knowledge matters on Amazon — the levers differ more than people expect.
Trim this list in lib/proof.ts to the categories you've genuinely worked in.

Think we'd work well together?
Tell me about the brand and where it's stuck. I'll tell you honestly whether I'm the right person for it.
