Amazon Brand Manager · eCommerce Growth

I grow Amazon brands.
Profitably.

I'm Azan — I manage Seller and Vendor Central accounts end to end. Listings, PPC, A+ Content, storefronts and marketplace expansion, run as one system by one person who's accountable for the numbers.

Why work with me

Not an agency.
That's the point.

Agencies scale by adding headcount between you and the work. I keep the client count deliberately low so the person on your account is the one who knows it.

You deal with me

No account managers relaying messages, no junior taking over once the contract is signed. The person who audits your account is the person who works on it.

Profit, not vanity metrics

ACoS on its own tells you nothing. I work to contribution margin and TACoS, because revenue that costs more than it earns isn't growth.

One system, not silos

Listings, advertising and creative all feed each other. Optimising them separately is why most accounts plateau — so I run them together.

Straight reporting

A written monthly read on what moved and what didn't, including the things that didn't work. You shouldn't need to decode a dashboard.

How I work

Audit first.
Opinions second.

No strategy deck before I've looked at the data. The sequence is the same for every account, and you know why each step sits where it does.

01

Audit

I go through the account properly before suggesting anything — catalogue, content, advertising, fees and account health. You get a written read on what's actually costing you money.

02

Prioritise

Findings get ranked by revenue impact against effort. We agree the sequence together, and you know why each thing sits where it does.

03

Execute

Fixes go live in a controlled order so results can be attributed. Listings, catalogue and campaigns are handled as one system rather than separate workstreams.

04

Report

A monthly written report and a call. What moved, what didn't, what changes next — including the things that didn't work.

Selected work

What changed,
and by how much.

Every engagement gets measured against where it started. Here's the before and after.

Client Brand A

Cut ad waste and rebuilt organic rank on the core keyword set.

TODO — describe the situation as it was: what was broken, what had been tried, and what the commercial pressure was. Two or three sentences is enough.

  • TODO — the first significant thing you changed, and why.
  • TODO — the second lever, with the reasoning behind it.
  • TODO — the third, ideally something non-obvious that shows judgement.

TODO — the one sentence a prospective client should remember from this.

Client feedback

In their words,
not mine.

The most useful feedback names the problem and what changed. Generic praise persuades nobody.

Sample data — replace
TODO — a real client quote. The most useful ones are specific: they name the problem they had, what changed, and what it was like to work with you. Generic praise persuades nobody.

Common questions

Everything people ask
before we start.

If yours isn't here, email me — I'd rather answer it now than in a sales call.
